Will these actually protect my Phone?

Yes! we choose our cases to be protect, which in our experience hold up extremely well. 

How long do they take to ship out/how long does shipping take?

Anywhere between 7 and 12 business days, depending if we have that case in stock. We ship USPS First Priority, so it should take 3-5 business days after it goes out in the mail. 

What’s the deal with the screen protectors?

The Screen Protectors are made of wood and Glass and Stick right onto your phone screen. Usually we'd recommend one of these if you don't already have one.

What's the return policy for screen protectors?

If you receive a screen protector that is broken, please send us a photo. If you would like to return for a refund it MUST be unopened.

What’s the difference between Standard and Heavy Duty?

Our Standard case is a Basic Rubber case with the wood inlay in the back of the case.

Our Heavy Duty Cases are a thicker rubber case with a plastic shell on top of that. If you're used to a thicker case or need a lot of protection, this is the better option for you.

Why isn't there a heavy duty option for my phone?

Anything that is on our website is what we have available. The Heavy Duty cases that we don't have on the website are cases that we just can't find.

Are they heavy?

Nope. Under 2 ounces, so about a normal case. 

are the all cases is good quality?

Yes of course it's,we choose best and good quality phone case ever.

 

What happens if my case says delivered, but I don't have it? 

We recommend that you contact USPS first with your tracking number and then reach out to our customer service and let us know what they say,but something like that will not be happening  because we work with trusted delivered. 

Why haven't I heard back from customer support? 

Currently, we are a small company and have an even smaller customer service department. We promise we are working to get through your questions as quick as possible. Please give us 1-3 business days for a response. Multiple emails may extend the wait time for us to get back to you.

What if my phone type is not on the website? 

If your phone is not on the website, then unfortunately we don't carry it, either because we just can't find the right phone cases for them or they just aren't popular enough for us to have full-time,if it's popular and is not in our website please send to use in our email "contact@iphoneshopcover.com" and will work for make it and be available for you.

Return

Any problems that anyone is case by case basis, we try to help everyone in the best way that we can. If in the event that you need a return or exchange, you would contact us at contact@iphoneshopcover.com. From there they will send you an invoice for a small fee of $6.00 for shipping and handling. 

How can i find my order

We will send you a tracking code after your order is complete,which you can use that code in the tracking order page,to find your order during the shipping period.

 

Are can send my custom design case

Yes we accept that on our store you can sent us your personnel design case that you want us print on the case photo on you or family photo or whatever you like and will print it for you and add it to our store and sent you link for buy it.you can do that by use contact page or email use "contact@iphoneshopcover.com".
